Vegan Donut Recipe

Have you woken up today craving donuts and want a much healthier alternative that includes fruit? Well, you can't miss the recipe we bring you today thanks to Croqueta de Xocolata (@croquetadexocolata). Grab paper and pen because here are the ingredients you need.


  • Anela fruit puree (your favorite flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of erythritol (if you want it sweeter)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 80g of oat flour
  • 50g of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

The mixture should be rather thick, and you'll need to place it in special donut-shaped molds. Once the batter is evenly distributed, bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180ºC. Once your donut is cool, you just have to dip it in melted dark chocolate with a bit of coconut oil and, once again, let it cool.
