Apple and Mango Pudding Recipe

What do you need to make your apple and mango pudding?


4 apple and mango tubs
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
3 spoonfuls of sugar
150gr of gingerbread
150ml of milk
A little bit of cinnamon powder
Mango and mint to decorate


We make a caramel with sugar, a little water and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Once done, we cover the bottom of the mold that we will use.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the apple and mango puree, add the gingerbread soaked in milk and scraps, the cinnamon, cornstarch and sugar. Then we beat with the rods.

Pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel and place it in the oven in a bain-marie for 40 minutes at 180°.

Check that it has curdled and remove it from the oven. Let it cool completely in the fridge and decorate it with slices of mango and mint.
