At Anela Fruits, September means harvest time. After months of caring for our fields, one of the most eagerly awaited moments of the year has arrived: harvesting the fruit of all this hard work and starting to prepare the fruit that will later become our 100% natural fruit desserts.
The season began in August with the first Royal Gala apples, a variety that, as tradition dictates, marks the beginning of the harvest. This year, the first apples have arrived in excellent condition, with an intense colour, a crisp texture and that perfect balance between sweetness and acidity that makes them so special.
But the harvest doesn’t end here.
Now it’s time for pears
With the arrival of September, our fields are still buzzing with activity, and it is now time to begin harvesting the pears.
Our orchards are mainly located in the regions of La Selva and Gironès, areas with particularly favourable climatic conditions for growing this fruit.
Every pear we harvest is the result of months of dedication, patience and care. Because for us, quality begins long before the fruit reaches the jar.
From tree to jar
One of the things that makes Anela Fruits different is that we work with fruit from our own crops. This allows us to control the entire process and guarantee the traceability of our fruit from the tree all the way to the finished product.
So, when we transform these apples and pears into our fruit desserts, we know exactly where they come from and how they have been cared for.
The result? 100% natural products, with no added sugars or preservatives, made to preserve all the flavour and essence of the fruit.
A new harvest, a new season
Every year, the harvest marks the beginning of a new cycle. First come the apples, and then the pears gradually take centre stage, while the fields fill with fruit ready to bring new Anela Fruits productions to life.
